Before you start
Sign in with the account that should receive the money, and check that its country matches the card (see which card for which country). Copy the code from your order page or e-mail rather than typing it, to avoid mixing up similar characters such as 0 and O.
PlayStation (PS5 and PS4)
- On PS5: open PlayStation Store, select the three dots at the top, choose Redeem code and enter the code.
- On PS4: open PlayStation Store, scroll down to Redeem codes and enter the code.
- On the web or a phone: sign in at store.playstation.com or in the PlayStation App, select your avatar, then Redeem code.
The funds go to your PlayStation wallet. More on the PSN card page.
Xbox and Windows
- On the web: go to microsoft.com/redeem and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- On an Xbox console: open the Microsoft Store and select Redeem.
- On Windows: open the Microsoft Store app, select your profile, then Redeem code or gift cards.
The credit goes to your Microsoft account. More on the Xbox gift card page.
Nintendo Switch and Switch 2
- On the console: open Nintendo eShop, select your account, then Enter Code (or Redeem Code).
- On the web: sign in to your Nintendo Account on the Nintendo website for your country and use the redeem code page.

Steam
- Go to store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode, or in the Steam app open Games, then Redeem a Steam Wallet Code.
- Sign in, enter the code and confirm.

Google Play and Apple
- Google Play on Android: Play Store app, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions, then Redeem gift code. On a computer: play.google.com/redeem.
- Apple on iPhone or iPad: App Store, your photo or account button, then Redeem Gift Card or Code. On the web: apple.com/redeem.

Roblox and Fortnite
- Roblox: go to roblox.com/redeem, sign in, enter the code and select Redeem. Then use the credit for Robux or Roblox Premium.
- Fortnite: go to epicgames.com/redeem, enter the code, sign in to your Epic Games account and confirm. The balance can be used for V-Bucks, Fortnite Crew and more.

If a code does not work
- Check the country: most refused codes are for another country than the account.
- Check the platform: a PlayStation code does not work on Xbox, and the other way round.
- Check for typing mistakes, or copy and paste the code again.
- Make sure the code has not been redeemed already, for example by someone you gave it to.
