Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on Kadokey. By placing an order you accept them. Each code is also subject to the terms of the brand that issues it (for example Steam, PlayStation or Google Play).

Products and regions

We sell digital codes: gift cards, prepaid vouchers and top-ups. Many codes only work with an account from a given country or region. The product page shows the card region before you buy; choose the region that matches your account. A code bought for another region is not faulty.

Prices, fees and promo codes

Prices are shown in the currency you choose. The service fee, if any, and the total are shown before you pay; the total is the amount you are charged.
A promo code gives the discount and follows the conditions shown when it is applied (dates, minimum order, payment method, first order, uses per customer). One code per order; it has no cash value and can end at any time.

Ordering and payment

Card payments are handled by our payment provider on its secure payment page, certified to the PCI DSS security standard. Kadokey never sees or stores your card number or security code.
Crypto payments are handled by NowPayments: you send the exact amount shown to the address shown, before the time limit. A payment that arrives late or is too small is not converted into an order automatically; write to us and we will refund it or complete the order.
Your order is confirmed once the payment is accepted. To protect customers and the shop, some orders are checked by hand before delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when fraud is suspected; you are then not charged, or fully refunded.

Delivery

Codes are digital and delivered on screen and by e-mail; nothing is shipped. Details and timings: see the Delivery policy below.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. We do not sell to people, organisations or countries under international sanctions, and we may ask for more information before delivering an order.

Your right of withdrawal

Digital codes are digital content. When you place an order, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the code has been delivered to you. This does not affect your rights if a code is faulty (see Refunds and returns).

Warning about scams

No company, bank, tax office or police force asks to be paid with gift cards. If someone asks you to buy codes and give them the numbers, it is a scam: do not share the codes, and contact us.

Liability

We deliver working codes as described. We are not responsible for the services of the brands themselves (their platforms, their account rules or a ban decided by them), or for a code shared or lost after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer law of your country.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order. If you have a problem, write to support@kadokey.com first: most issues are solved within one or two working days. You can also turn to the consumer dispute services or courts of your country.

Delivery policy

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped by post, and there are no delivery costs.

How you receive your codes

On your order page, which opens right after payment and stays available through the link in your e-mail (and in your account, if you have one).
By e-mail, to the address given at checkout: a confirmation with a secure link to your codes.

When

Usually within seconds of the payment being confirmed.
Crypto payments: after the network has confirmed the transaction, usually within minutes.
Orders that need a manual security check: usually within 24 hours. If an order cannot be approved, it is cancelled and you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

If you have not received your code

Check your spam folder, and open the link in your confirmation e-mail. If you still cannot see your code, write to support@kadokey.com with your order reference: we answer within one working day.

Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Kadokey website.

Your account

An account is optional. Give a real e-mail address, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think someone else used your account.
One account per person. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud.

Fair use

Do not use the site for fraud or with stolen payment details, do not try to get around our security checks, and do not use automated tools to place orders, guess promo codes or copy the site. Such use can be blocked and reported.

Reviews

Only customers with a delivered order can review the cards they bought. Reviews must describe your own experience, without links, personal data or insults. Every review is checked before it is published; we publish positive and negative reviews alike, and remove reviews that break these rules.

Content and brands

The site and its content belong to Kadokey. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are only used to show which cards we sell. Kadokey is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, these brands.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site available and correct, but it can be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Refunds and returns

Gift card codes are digital products: once delivered they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, because they can be used at once and cannot be taken back.

When you are refunded

Order cancelled or declined before delivery: you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
Faulty code (it does not work and was not used before): write to support@kadokey.com with your order reference and, if possible, a screenshot of the error. We check it with the supplier and replace the code or refund it.
Payment taken twice, or a crypto payment received late or too small: we refund the extra amount, or complete the order.

How and when

Write within 30 days of your order. Refunds go back to the payment method used: card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to the address you give us. A code bought for the wrong region, or used already, is not faulty; contact us before revealing a code if you think you chose the wrong one, and we will see what we can do.

Disputes with your bank

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: it is faster for you. When a payment is reversed, the codes of the order are cancelled with the brand where possible.

Privacy policy

Kadokey is responsible for the personal data described here. We only collect what we need to sell and deliver codes, protect the shop and keep our accounts. We never sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

What we collect, and why

Order: e-mail address, items, amounts, currency, country and language chosen, payment method and status. To deliver your codes and send your receipts (contract), and to keep our accounts (legal obligation).
Account (optional): name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a secure hash). To show your orders and let you sign in.
Order checks: the IP address used for the order (encrypted), its country, your browser and device, browser language and time zone. To prevent fraud (our legitimate interest). Erased after 180 days.
Code display: when each code is first shown, and from which IP address (encrypted). As proof in case of a dispute.
Card payments: your card details go straight to our payment provider. We only receive the result and a payment reference, never your card number or security code.
Crypto payments: the coin, amount, payment address and transaction status, provided by NowPayments. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
Newsletter: your e-mail address, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Reviews: the name you choose, your rating and text, the card region and language, and a coded form of your IP address to stop abuse.
Messages you send us, to answer them.

E-mail addresses and other personal details are stored encrypted on our servers.

Who else processes data

Our hosting provider (servers) and Cloudflare (delivery and protection of the site, which sees IP addresses).
Our e-mail sending service, to send order e-mails.
Our card payment provider, for card payments.
NowPayments, for crypto payments.
Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that forms are filled in by a person (Google Privacy Policy and Terms apply).
Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these services can process data outside the European Union; they are then bound by safeguards approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Order checks (IP address, browser): 180 days.
Account: until you delete it or ask us to.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Reviews: as long as they are published, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, to limit its use, or object to it, and withdraw a consent at any time. Write to support@kadokey.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Cookie policy

Cookies are small files your browser keeps for a site. We only use the ones below. Necessary cookies are always on; the others are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page.

The site also keeps a small note in your browser (not a cookie) to remember whether you closed the offer window. It holds no personal data.
